Olesia Vasylashko began their work experience in December 2016 as an Engineer at Vinnytsia National Technical University. Olesia held this position until March 2019. In April 2019, they joined Plexteq OÜ as an Office Manager, where they are currently employed.

Olesia Vasylashko pursued their education at VNTU from 2011 to 2017, where they obtained a Master's degree in Ecology.
