Shrikant Baste has a strong background in business analysis and implementation. Shrikant currently works as a Business Analyst at Plex Systems, Inc. since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Odoo India (Tiny ERP Pvt Ltd) from June 2020 to September 2021, where they served as a Business Analyst and played a crucial role in supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks for Odoo's software product features. Shrikant also led implementation projects and assisted customers in utilizing the Odoo online platform for their business.

Before joining Odoo India, Shrikant worked at Deskera from August 2016 to June 2020 as a Product Consultant. In this role, they were involved in various aspects of implementation and maintenance projects, including functional consulting, business and functional analysis, gap analysis and resolution, configurations, integration testing, user training, roll-out, and production support. Shrikant demonstrated proficiency in project management life cycle and successfully addressed complex business needs within defined scope and timelines.

Shrikant's career started at Kanix Infotech Pvt. Ltd., where they worked as an Implementation Engineer from February 2015 to August 2016.

Shrikant Baste holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from D. Y. Patil Pratishthans D.Y. Patil College of Engineering in Pune.
