Phil Whitmer has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and project management. Their most recent role was as a Senior Technical Support Representative at Plex Systems, Inc., starting in October 2015. Prior to that, they worked at New World Systems for a number of years in various roles. Phil started as an Application Specialist in February 2009 and was involved in training and consulting customers on the .NET Financial Management application. From January 2013 to September 2014, they worked as a Technical Account Manager, providing support and consulting for Financial Management .NET ERP implementers. From October 2014 onwards, they served as a Project Manager, overseeing ERP software implementations and managing multiple active projects simultaneously.

In 2007-2008, Phil Whitmer attended Central Michigan University where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting Information Systems.
