Kathy Steinbauer is Director, Human Resources Business Partner for Rockwell Automation. In this role, she and her HR team are responsible providing HR leadership, partnership, and consultation to employees and leaders at all levels of the organization, enabling the workforce to align to and meet business objectives. As an HRBP, she and her team build and maintain valued advisor relationships with leaders; research and resolve various organizational and employment related issues; and provide coaching and counseling to minimize issue escalation. Success requires strong partnership with other critical functional HR teams such as talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits, as well as with other corporate functions such as finance, IT and legal.
Kathy has developed a track record in HR leadership in support of global leaders and employees in the industrial automation and information software industry. She developed expertise in various HR specialties since joining Rockwell in 2005 including leadership development, strategic talent acquisition, performance management, organizational alignment and team building.
Kathy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marquette University and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
