Martin Holck is an accomplished attorney-at-law and manager at Plesner, specializing in private investment funds since March 2021. Martin has significant experience navigating various GP mandates, including overseeing major infrastructure and technology equity funds such as Copenhagen Infrastructure V and GRO Fund III. Prior to this role, Martin worked at Bruun & Hjejle Advokatpartnerselskab, focusing on private equity and M&A, and held positions at Accura Advokatpartnerselskab and Semler Gruppen A/S. Martin holds two Master of Laws degrees from the University of Copenhagen and Osgoode Hall Law School, as well as a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Copenhagen.
