Frederik Jastrup Brodersen is an experienced Attorney-at-Law currently working at Plesner since February 2019, specializing in Capital Markets and M&A. Previously held positions include Assistant Attorney at Plesner and a Visiting Attorney at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in the Silicon Valley Office, focusing on Corporate and M&A from September 2022 to February 2024. Additionally, Frederik served as an External Lecturer on Company Law and Capital Markets at the University of Copenhagen from August 2020 to July 2023.
