Nicola Nardella has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. From 2016 onwards, they worked as a Software Engineer at Plentific Ltd, where they were responsible for building responsive websites and web apps. Nicola'srole also involved collaborating with UI designers, problem-solving, and bug fixing. Nicola had in-depth knowledge of various technologies such as JavaScript, React, Alt, HTML5, SASS, Node, Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and Git.

Prior to that, Nicola worked at Reply as a Software Developer from 2014 to 2015. In this role, they focused on customization of CRM Microsoft Dynamics 2011 and 2013, as well as application maintenance for banking and insurance sectors. Nicola also provided help desk support, bug fixing, and implementation of new features.

In 2014, Nicola completed an internship at 3tech Group srl, where they worked on developing a framework for processing social data and data from BTC or BTB companies to create a Data Warehouse. The data from various Data Marts were then used by a Business Intelligence software to create presentations through a dashboard. During their internship, Nicola utilized technologies such as Java, SQL Server 2012, MySQL, MongoDB, Talend, and Microstrategy.

Nicola Nardella obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in IT and Automation from Università Politecnica delle Marche. This degree was earned from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, in March 2015, Nicola obtained a certification as a Microsoft Specialist from Microsoft.
