Kevin Allen has over 19 years of experience in the financial industry. Kevin began their career in 2002 as the Head of Credit and Fraud at Goldfish, where they were responsible for designing and maintaining the credit card strategies on the TRIAD account management system. In 2006, they joined LloydsTSB as the Lead R&C Business Partner for Credit, Fraud & Print for Group Operations, and then as Senior Audit Manager, providing assurance for debit and credit cards, overdrafts, mortgages and loans. In 2010, they moved to MasterCard as a Senior Managing Consultant - Credit and Fraud Risk. In 2013, they joined RateSetter as their first Chief Risk Officer, and subsequently as Head of Retail Lending. Kevin then joined Castlight Financial in 2017 as the Credit & Fraud Product Director, and in 2019 they joined Koyo as Risk Advisory (Credit Risk & Open Banking). In 2021, they moved to Plend as Chief Risk Officer (CRO).

Kevin Allen attended The University of Manchester from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in mechanical engineering. Kevin then attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 1992 to 1993, where they earned a degree in Energy Engineering.
