Ed Dice is an experienced professional in project delivery and construction management, currently serving as the Director of Project Delivery at Plenary Group since February 2015. In this role, Ed oversees the delivery of 558 new bridges for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as the Head of Delivery for the PA Rapid Bridge Replacement project. Prior to this, Ed worked as the Head of Construction and Commissioning at Ansaldo STS from March 2013 to February 2015 and served as a Combat Engineer in the United States Air Force from May 2002 to September 2012. Ed earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
