William Gill is the Vice President and General Counsel at Holtec International, responsible for leading the Legal Department and serving on the Executive Committee since October 2019. In addition, William is a board member of Plena Global Holdings, a position held since February 2021. Prior to these roles, William practiced law at Archer & Greiner, P.C. from January 2009 to October 2019, engaging in complex commercial litigation and environmental law. Previous experience includes serving as an Associate at Reed Smith LLP from August 2005 to January 2009 and working as an Assistant District Attorney with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office in 2007. William holds a JD from Rutgers Law School and a BA in Journalism and European History from Washington and Lee University.
