Tonje Snare has a diverse work experience in the financial and accounting industry. Tonje currently holds the position of Financial Manager Norway at Plejd, starting in December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Kundekonsulent at Progressum Regnskap from June 2020 to November 2022. Tonje also served as a Senior Associate at XACCT Accounting AS from October 2019 to May 2020, and at KPMG Norway from June 2018 to October 2019. Tonje's earlier work experience includes being a Regnskapsfører at Olav Thon Gruppen from October 2015 to June 2018.

Tonje Snare earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Administration from the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, studying from 2011 to 2014. In addition, they obtained a certification as an "Authorized Accountant" from Finanstilsynet (FSA Norway) in December 2019.
