Hampus Baaz has a diverse work experience in various companies. Hampus started their career in 2012 with an internship at Volvo Group, where they worked on truck production and tested the air system. In 2013, they had another internship at Volvo Cars, where they focused on variability testing in the production of Volvo V60 Diesel electronic harnesses. In 2015, they worked as a summer worker at Volvo Cars and gained experience in different roles, including as an intern. In 2017 and 2018, they continued their summer work at Volvo Group. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Plejd as an embedded test developer.

Hampus Baaz completed their Master of Science in Engineering degree with a specialization in Robotics from Mälardalen University between the years 2015 and 2020.
