Di X. has a diverse range of work experience in various companies and roles. In 2020, they worked as a Data Engineer at Plejd, where they supervised interns in building an engineering-statistics analysis platform and worked on a returned-products handling project. They also designed and built a production test-rig data brokering system. Prior to that, in 2020, they completed their Master's thesis at Huawei Gothenburg Research Center, focusing on deep learning-based object detection for autonomous driving systems. They also worked as a Software Engineer in a project at Chalmers University of Technology in 2019, where they processed large-scale data from LiDAR, IMU, and other sensors. During this time, they also worked as a Research Assistant at SAFER Vehicle and Traffic Safety Centre. In 2017, they completed a bachelor's thesis related to mathematical modeling and simulation of fuel cell start modes at Tongji University. They also worked on a mathematical modeling and optimization project for E-motor mounting. Additionally, they gained experience as a Sales Planning Analyst at Continental and as a Prototype Processing Engineer at General Motors.

Di X. obtained a Master's degree in Automotive Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, Di X. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering from Tongji University from 2013 to 2018.
