Srishti is a Co-Founder of Pledge A Smile since July 2016 and has extensive experience in academia and content management. Srishti held positions as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Ramanujan College and Academic Counselor at Indira Gandhi National Open University in early 2024, focusing on World Literature and BA English Hons. tutorials, respectively. Additional experience includes serving as a Guest Professor at the University of Delhi and roles in content editing and digital marketing with various organizations such as PaisaWapas.com and Post Plan. Srishti's educational background includes pursuing a PhD in English Language and Literature at the University of Delhi and a Diploma of Education in Migration and Refugee Studies from the University of Oxford.
