Simon Kyster has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Simon started their career at Syddansk Universitet as a Study Buddy from September 2017 to June 2019. Simon then joined Business Esbjerg as a Student Assistant in Studiebyen Esbjerg from February 2018 to June 2020. In 2021, they joined WasteHero as a Business Development Manager, where they worked until August 2022. Most recently, in September 2022, they joined Plecto as a Sales Operations Analyst, and later transitioned to the role of Revenue Operations - Team Lead in 2023.

Simon Kyster has a Master's degree in International Economic Consulting, which they obtained from Aarhus University from 2020 to 2022. Simon also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in BA & Energy Management from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, which they earned from 2017 to 2020. In addition, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics from FEP U. Porto – Economics and Management between 2019 and 2020. Prior to that, Simon studied Finance and economy at Herningsholm Erhvervsskole & Gymnasier from 2012 to 2015, where they completed The Higher Commercial Examination Programme.
