Beatriz Castro has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Beatriz began their career at Real Plaza in 2012 as a Practicante in Marketing and Commercial, later transitioning to the role of Asistente de Mejora Continua. Beatriz then served as a Supervisor in Marketing and Commercial before being promoted to Supervisor at the Centro Civico location. In 2015, they joined Urbano Express Perú S.A. as a Coordinador Retail. Currently, they are employed at Mallplaza, where they have held the positions of Ejecutivo de Experiencia de clientes and Ejecutivo de Experiencia de clientes y marketing.
