Julie Despatie is an experienced professional in lease administration and property management, currently serving as the Manager of Lease Administration at Plaza REIT since May 2021, after progressing from the role of Senior Lease Administrator. Prior experience includes working as a Leasing Associate in Canada for Realterm from November 2018 to May 2021 and holding various positions at Plaza REIT from April 2010 to October 2018, including Lease Administrator and Property Accountant. Julie's career began at Les Entreprises Despatie Inc. as an Administrator/Accountant from May 2005 to April 2010, and also includes experience as an Administrative Assistant at Communities in Bloom and a role in the Reservations Department at Tours Chanteclerc. Educational credentials include a degree in Tourism from the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec and a degree in Arts & Lettres from Cegep de Valleyfield.
