Low Yinn Shuen is currently a Specialist at the Global Learning & Development department of Plaza Premium Group. Low was previously an Assistant Consultant at Crowe Malaysia, an Admin and Cashier at Borders, and a Telemarketer at Avista International. Shuen has also worked as the Head of Administration at the Korea Trade- Investment Promotion Agency.

Low Yinn Shuen completed their MA (Hons) International Business Management at the School of Social Sciences, Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University. Prior to that, they completed the Monash University Foundation Year-MUFY in Business/Management at Monash University. They also have a High School IGCSE in Business Stream and Science Stream from Sayfol International School. They have a certification from The Royal Academy of Dance, United Kingdom in Royal Academy of Dance.
