Eric Lankers is an experienced professional in sports marketing and sponsorship, currently serving as the owner of Lankers Sponsorship Consultancy since 2019, where the focus is on strategic sponsorships and data-driven solutions globally. Lankers is also a co-owner of Teamplayers, a sports marketing agency formed by prominent football athletes, and Plaza Padel, a chain of high-end padel clubs across the Netherlands. Additionally, Lankers holds the position of strategic partnership manager at 3X3 UNITES, aiming to empower youth through 3x3 basketball, and serves as an investor with APEX Capital and Brouwerij Frontaal. Previous roles include business director at Triple Double sportmarketing, head of partnerships for the World Padel Tour Decathlon Amsterdam Open, and various leadership positions with NOC*NSF, where Lankers was responsible for athlete services and communication for major Olympic events. Eric Lankers holds a Master's Degree in Sportrecht from Tilburg University.
