Iris G. Ayala Cuevas, CRRP, CMD, MBA, is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Marketing Director at Plaza Las Américas since September 2002, where responsibility includes developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans. Previously, Iris held the position of Marketing Manager at Tricon Restaurants International for KFC, overseeing a substantial advertising and promotions budget of $4.1 million from June 1998 to September 2002. Earlier career experience includes working as a Product Manager at Colgate Palmolive, where management of a $12 million budget for various dishwashing brands was undertaken and profit and loss forecasting was conducted. Iris holds an MBA in Management and Marketing from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in French Literature from Boston College.
