Joe Lewis has a diverse background in information technology and leadership roles. Joe is currently serving as the CTO at Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc. before which they held the position of VP, Information Technology at NewRez LLC for over 13 years. At Wilmington Finance, Joe was the Vice President, Info Tech and was responsible for creating and expanding the IT Department during the company's early stages. Joe played a crucial role in the company's growth to over 2000 employees and $1.5 billion in monthly mortgage originations. Additionally, Joe has experience as the Director of Professional Services at Confluence and as a Manager of Information Technology at SEI Investments, where they were responsible for network engineering, application support, and application development for the Fund Resources business unit.

Joe Lewis attended Villanova University from 1994 to 1997, where they pursued an MBA program with a concentration in MIS. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1993, they studied at Arcadia University and obtained a BS degree in Management and Finance. Joe also attended Villanova University from 1985 to 1987, where they focused on Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, although they did not earn a specific degree in this field.
