Jennifer Padia is an experienced mortgage professional with a comprehensive background in various underwriting roles. Currently serving as Underwriting Team Lead and Senior Underwriter at Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc. since October 2011, Jennifer specializes in underwriting USDA, VA, FHA, 203(k), and Conforming loans, including Harp loans. Previous experience includes working as a Senior Processor/Loan Officer Assistant at Summit Mortgage Corporation and as a DE Underwriter at Mortgage Express, where responsibilities included reviewing mortgage applications for compliance with FHA guidelines. Jennifer’s career began at GN Mortgage as a receptionist, progressing to a Conforming/FHA Underwriter over a decade. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts from Oregon State University and an Associate in Science in Business Transfer from Portland Community College.
