Celine Serhan is a Corporate Underwriting Analyst at Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc. since July 2021, where responsibilities include identifying gaps in knowledge and processes within underwriting and leading initiatives for improvement. Prior experience includes an internship with the International Rescue Committee supporting women-owned childcare businesses, a role as a Behavioral Health Associate at Montecatini Eating Disorder Treatment Center delivering interventions, and positions in customer service and event planning. Celine earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley and an Associate's degree in Economics from San Diego Mesa College.
