Dwi Irenaningtyas is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership roles across various reputable organizations. Currently serving as the Corporate HRGA Director and Head of Corporate HR at Plaza Capital Group since November 2021, Dwi has played a pivotal role in managing human resources functions within an Indonesia-based investment platform. Prior to this, Dwi held the position of Head HRGA at Capsquare Asia Partners from September 2019 to November 2021, where strategic HR advice and risk management were key responsibilities. Dwi’s career at PT Astra International Tbk spanned nearly a decade, culminating in the role of Head Human Capital Services, where Dwi oversaw HR operations, development, and employee training initiatives. Earlier experiences include leadership in recruitment and people development, and a foundational role as a Training Analyst at PT Unocal Indonesia Company. Dwi earned a Profession degree in Psychology and an S1 degree in Psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
