Wyatt Cole is the current Director of Customer Experience & League Operations at PlayVS. Prior to their current position, they were the Head of Customer Experience at PlayVS from June 2021 to July 2021. Before that, they were with Blizzard Entertainment from May 2018 to June 2021 as the Group Manager, Customer Service and Esports Operations Support, The Americas. Their responsibilities included strategic planning for operations and oversight of implementation for chat moderation and video on demand (VoD) clipping for all Blizzard Esports including Overwatch League Season 1 and 2, and BlizzCons. Wyatt also had operational oversight and responsibility for 2 Esports Moderation Teams including 2 Team Managers, and up to 60 Moderators. In addition, they led a global brainstorming team spanning seven centers on improving the employee working environment. Wyatt Cole also designed and implemented a global program focused on identifying our most customers with highly toxic interactions with employees. Wyatt established a method of escalation to contact the players to curb the behavior with a 95% success rate. Out of all the male employees, they were one of two selected to join the Women's Advisory Council in the Ally Advisor role.
