Michelle Randall has a varied and extensive work experience in marketing and leadership roles. Michelle currently holds the position of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Playvox since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Splashtop Inc. from May 2021 to May 2022, where they played a key role in delivering remote access and software services. Before that, they were the Chief Marketing Officer at Procare Software from October 2019 to May 2021, focusing on simplifying management processes for child care centers. Michelle also served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Serenova (Acquired by Lifesize) from April 2018 to October 2019, where they helped transform the customer experience. Michelle has also held various leadership positions at companies such as Comcast Business, Zen Planner, inContact, Rally Software Development, Verint-Systems, and Genesys Conferencing. Michelle brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their roles, demonstrating their ability to drive marketing strategies and deliver results in various industries.
Michelle Randall completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a focus on PR and Advertising at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Michelle later pursued an MBA at the University of Denver. In 2017, they participated in the Comcast Women in Leadership Program at The Wharton School.
