Ana Carolina Gitahy has a diverse work experience spanning from 1998 to the present. Ana Carolina currently serves as the Director of Global Support at Playvox since January 2023, where they previously held the position of Customer Support Manager starting in December 2020. Prior to Playvox, Ana worked at eDreams as the Senior Quality Assurance Lead from April 2015 to December 2020. Ana Carolina was responsible for managing outsourced quality and implementing QA processes in multiple locations. Before that, Ana worked at Webhelp/Google as a QA & Technical Advisor from June 2014 to April 2015, ensuring high customer satisfaction through quality evaluations. Ana Carolina also worked as a freelance journalist from September 2013 to March 2014. Ana's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Web Editor at TV Globo from November 2009 to August 2013 and as a Mentor/Sellbytell at Hewlett-Packard from June 2006 to December 2008. Ana Carolina started their career as a Newspaper Editor at Jornal do Brasil from January 2002 to September 2005 and as an Editor at JB Online from January 1998 to January 2002.

Ana Carolina Gitahy completed an Introduction to User Experience course at MichiganX in 2017. Ana Carolina also pursued Understanding User Needs and Principles of Designing for Humans courses at MichiganX in the same year. In 2014, Ana Carolina participated in a Digital Marketing program offered by the Interactive Advertising Bureau and Google.
