Hadar Blatman has a diverse work experience that spans over 16 years. They started their career in the Israel Defense Forces as the Head of the Monitoring and Control section. After leaving the military, they worked at Eltel Technologistics as an Operations Supervisor, where they were responsible for maintaining and operating information systems. In 2014, Hadar joined The Marker Group as a Project Manager, where they focused on establishing marketing arenas and developing web solutions. Since 2017, they have been working at Playtika, initially as a Product Manager and then moving on to become a Product Team Lead and currently a Product Director. Throughout their career, Hadar has demonstrated strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Hadar Blatman obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from Sapir College from the year 2010 to 2013.
