Caitlin Horan, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Playfly Sports since September 2021, contributing to the company's diverse fan engagement initiatives. Previously, Caitlin worked at Frontline Education in various HR roles, including Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist, from June 2018 to September 2021, supporting educational organizations. Caitlin's career began at Environmental Resources Management as a Human Resources Assistant, followed by a position as Recruiting Analyst at Lyneer Search Group. The professional journey started with an internship in Human Resources at Atlantic Health. Caitlin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Widener University.
