Flor Saldana has a robust background in human resources and training, currently serving as the Corporate HR Learning and Development Manager at PlayCore since June 2021. Prior roles include Training and Development Leader at Plastic Omnium and various positions at Shaw Industries, where responsibilities spanned onboarding, training management, special project management, and safety training. Flor also contributed to Whitfield County Schools as the District Bilingual Parent Involvement Coordinator and began a career in customer service and loan operations at Lendmark Financial Services & Pioneer Credit. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management and an Associate of Science in the same field, both from Dalton State College.
