Tara Kapadia (Hession) is the Founder and CEO of Be Spark Talent, with extensive experience in recruitment and consulting within the digital transformation and technology sectors. Tara is also a founding member of PLAYBOOK and a member of the Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC). Prior professional roles include Senior Recruitment Consultant for Discovered MENA, focusing on digital transformation, data, and analytics in KSA and UAE, as well as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Huxley. Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Galway, obtained between 2013 and 2016, and attended Dominican College, Taylors Hill from 2006 to 2012.
