Martha Austin, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate sales and a strong track record in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Sales at Playa Hotels & Resorts since January 2012, Martha plays a pivotal role in leading MICE and Social Group Sales teams to boost revenue across 22 properties. Previous positions include Director of Meeting and Incentive Sales-Midwest, Director of Sales at Hilton Garden Inn-Chicago, and various sales management roles at notable hotel groups. In addition to Martha's practical experience, Martha holds an MBA in Leadership from North Central College and a BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Southwest Minnesota State University.
