Karoliina Callavik is currently a Member of the Board at both Capulum Group AB and Lexium Service Management. Prior to this, Karoliina served as the Head of Operations Development at Platzer Fastigheter. Karoliina was also a Co-founder and partner at Cobel Sweden AB, where Karoliina provided consulting services for Nordic companies. With a background in management consulting and extensive experience in operations development and procurement, Karoliina has a strong track record of driving strategic initiatives in various industries. Karoliina's educational background includes a MSc in Chemical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a BSc in Economics & Business Administration from Stockholm University.
