William Norris is an experienced educator and tax preparer with a diverse professional background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Business Management Instructor at Platt College since January 2017, William has also maintained a long-term role as a CTEC Registered Tax Preparer at Norris Tax Services since 1986, providing comprehensive bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services. Previous roles include an Adjunct Accounting Instructor at ITT Technical Institute and leadership positions such as Director of Accreditation and Licensing at Corinthian Colleges and Campus Director at InterCoast College. William holds a Master of Arts in Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Career and Technical Studies from California State University, San Bernardino.
