Jeff Jackson serves as the Director of IT at Platt College since August 2008, overseeing network operations across all campuses, including the expansions in Riverside (2011) and Anaheim (2016), as well as the Online Campus division launched in 2015. Jackson manages both full-time and part-time IT staff, handles IT purchasing and budgeting, and ensures technical operational effectiveness while supporting business operations and educational needs. Prior to this role, Jackson held the position of Regional Director of IT for ForeFront Education, where responsibilities included network oversight at multiple campuses and coordination with a nationwide technical support team. Jackson's career at Platt College began in 2002, progressing from Network Administrator to PC and Macintosh Technician, providing comprehensive support for faculty, staff, and students.
