Shaun Thomas, CSM, M.S. ITPM, is a Senior Scrum Master at Platphorm, LLC, with extensive experience in project management and agile methodologies. Prior to this role, Shaun served as a Sr. Scrum Master and Project Manager at 365 Retail Markets, where Shaun developed Scrum processes and addressed various team impediments. Shaun’s background includes positions at Boeing Supplier Management as a Scrum Master and Product Owner, and Orion Communications as a Product Engineer, where Shaun managed software development and client communications. Shaun's technical expertise originated from earlier roles such as Desktop Support Technician for the Boy Scouts of America and an IT Associate internship at SunGard. Shaun holds a Master of Science in IT Project Management from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology from Prairie View A&M University.
