Diederik Schneemann has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Diederik is currently the Director of Operations at Platinum, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2022, they served as the Director of Supply Chain & Procurement at Mustad Hoofcare Group, the world's largest manufacturer and seller of Hoofcare products.

Before joining Mustad Hoofcare Group, Diederik worked as the Supply Chain Manager a.i at Bier&cO, a wholesaler of imported special beers, from September 2015 to July 2016. Their responsibilities included setting up the S&OP process, managing logistics, stock management, and recruitment for the supply chain organization.

From 2009 to 2015, Diederik served as the Supply Chain Director at Koninklijke Jumbo B.V., a company specializing in games, toys, and puzzles. Their role involved sourcing and purchasing from suppliers, contract negotiations, and managing manufacturing and planning activities.

Prior to their tenure at Koninklijke Jumbo B.V., Diederik worked as an Engagement Manager at MAG45, an Industrial Integrator, from February 2007 to May 2009. Diederik was responsible for obtaining new customers and implementing supply chain management solutions.

Diederik also has experience as a LEAN Manager at CEVA Logistics (former TNT logistics) from August 2004 to February 2007, a Management Consultant at Vintura from March 2003 to August 2004, a Service Logistics Manager at Philips from September 1998 to February 2003, and a Logistics Planner at Erico from August 1996 to August 1998.

Diederik Schneemann obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Operations and Supply Chain Management, from the Eindhoven University of Technology. Diederik attended the university from 1988 to 1996.
