Tom Leech is currently the Associate Partner of the Regional Division for Bournemouth and Southampton at Platinum Recruitment Consultancy. With previous experience as a General Manager at WestBeach and Urban Reef, Tom has a strong background in hospitality management. Prior to their managerial roles, Tom worked their way up from various positions at Cafe Shore and The Dormy Hotel. Tom also has experience as a Housekeeping Assistant and Linen Keeper at The Carlton Hotel. Tom attended The Grange School from 1992 to 1997.
