Natristan Allen possesses extensive experience in maritime operations and security management. Currently serving as Shipyard Manager at Smith Maritime since September 2013, Natristan is responsible for upholding safety regulations in accordance with OSHA and Coast Guard standards, while overseeing tugboat remanufacturing logistics, including equipment tracking and crew accommodations. Additionally, Natristan has been employed as Overnight Security at Platinum Group Security since April 2011 and held the position of Marine Musician in the United States Marine Corps from September 2004 to October 2008.
