Neil Roers has extensive experience in the banking industry. Neil is currently serving as the Vice President of Commercial Lending at Platinum Bank since June 2021. Previously, they worked at MidWestOne Bank as a Vice President from September 2014 to June 2021, overseeing commercial activities in the Eden Prairie location. Prior to that, they held the position of Assistant Vice President at BMO Harris Bank from April 2012 to September 2014 and at Wells Fargo Business Banking from September 2005 to March 2012. Neil started their career at Ernst & Young as a Senior from May 2002 to September 2005.

Neil Roers received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Business Management from Saint John's University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.
