Emilia joined with a fantastic track record of success from some of the industry’s most respected enterprise organizations. A wide and varied experience from start-ups like Portal Software and TOA Technologies to large globals including SAP, Nokia and Oracle, leading GTM teams with SaaS and on-prem solutions. Her focus and drive, combined with a highly personable style, has led to consistently driving teams to deliver significant growth.
Most recently, Emilia accelerated growth for Oracle’s Communication Applications Business as vice president of sales. In this role, she focused on customer-centricity, long-term engagements, GTM strategy, and structured accountability. Prior to that, she was a sales leader for Nokia’s Cloud and Network Services business where she led the GTM strategy as well as account strategy execution and tactics, including managing orders, revenue, and profitability. Throughout her career, she held various sales executive leadership positions at global technology companies including SAP, Portal Software, ComTech Communications and TOA Technologies.
Emilia holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of South Australia.
