Peter BÃ¥nkestad has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition. Peter is currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Platform24 Healthcare AB since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead Recruiter at the same company from September 2020 to November 2021. Peter also served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Ants - Tech Recruiters from April 2019 to August 2020.

Additionally, Peter has worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at various companies such as G-Loot, Truecaller, 3 Sverige, Ants - Code at Heart, Releye, and Betsson Group. These positions allowed him to gain experience in technical recruitment and talent acquisition consultancy.

Peter Bånkestad has a Bachelor's degree in HRM/HRD from Linköping University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Peter also completed a study exchange program in Business Administration at Hanyang University in 2013. During their high school years, they participated in a one-year exchange program at J.F.Oberlin High School in Tokyo. Peter completed their secondary education at Rinmansgymnasiet, specializing in the Math/IT track from 2003 to 2007. Peter's primary education took place at Årbyskolan from 1999 to 2003. Peter has additional certifications, including ACE and MPA from Master Sverige, as well as certifications in MAP and Matrigma from Assessio.
