Liam Yates has had a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as a Shop Manager at Ladbrokes Coral, where they worked until 2016. Liam then joined Booking.com as a Customer Contact Manager from 2016 to 2020. Following that, Liam worked at MuscleFood, initially as a Customer Support Manager starting in December 2020, and later transitioning to the role of Customer Services Lead from July 2022 until March 2023. Currently, Liam is the Head of Customer Service & Operations at Platform, a position they have held since March 2023.
Liam Yates attended Tameside College from 2007 to 2009, where they studied Political History. In addition to their college education, Liam obtained a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from the TEFL Institute in December 2016.
