Pocky Kohsuwan is a Technical Support Specialist at Platform Science since March 2022, where responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, recommending technical solutions, and guiding users through product features. Prior experience includes serving as a Service Desk Engineer at Restoration Hardware Trading (Shanghai) Company, where over 2000 end-user accounts were created on the Dispatch platform and user issues were resolved. Pocky also worked as an IT Associate at San Diego State University, providing desktop support and deploying computers campus-wide, and as an Assistant System Administrator at San Diego Miramar College. Pocky holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems and Services from San Diego State University.
