Cathy Knepp, PHR has a strong background in human resources and office management. Cathy started their most recent role as the Director of Human Resources at Platform Accounting Group in 2019. Prior to that, they served as the HR Manager & Sr Office Manager at Arkose Tax & Consulting from 2018 to 2019 and at Arrone Appel CPA from 2014 to 2018.

Cathy Knepp, PHR has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Colorado State University. Cathy also completed Master's coursework in Human Resources Management and Services at the same university. In terms of certifications, they have obtained the Women in Leadership certificate from University of Utah Executive Education in 2023. Additionally, they are working towards obtaining the PHR Professional in Human Resources certification from HRCI.
