Murat Celebi is an experienced professional in the hospitality and culinary industry with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Restaurant Manager at Carafe Istanbul and Nuup, as well as holding the position of Restaurant Manager at Türk Lezzet Müzesi DeliDane Mağazaları, Murat has demonstrated expertise in restaurant management since March 2021. Prior roles include Head Sommelier at Must Nişantaşı and Sales Manager at Mermeriş-Kastro Tireli Şarapçılık, alongside managing Sensus Şarap Butikleri for Anemon Hotels.
