Shannon Music serves as the Director of Operations and Strategic Partnerships at VIVA Idea since January 2013, and has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Executive Director and Deputy Director. In addition, Shannon has been Co-Chair of the Plataforma de Inversi贸n de Impacto Centroamericana (PiiC) since January 2020, and a Board Member at FIFCO since June 2018. Shannon's involvement extends to VIVA Trust as Secretary of the Advisory Committee since May 2011, and previously served as Director of Operations at Fundaci贸n Latinoam茅rica Posible from March 2011 to December 2015. Early career experience includes roles at The Boston Consulting Group and New Sector Alliance in consulting and program management. Shannon holds an MBA and MPA from Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School respectively, along with an AB in Psychology from Harvard University and an Executive Education Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University for Peace.
