Else Vanhecke is an experienced professional in solution architecture and process consultancy, currently serving as Capability Lead at Plat4mation since April 2023. Previously at Fujitsu Technology Solutions since 2008, Else has been a Customer Solution Architect specializing in service domain solutions, particularly in pre-sales roles focused on service desk design and governance for large outsourcing deals. Else's expertise also includes senior process engineering roles for various clients and at CTG, where responsibilities encompassed IT process consultancy and ITIL training ownership. Else holds a licentiate degree in Social and Cultural Agogics from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, completed in 1997.
