Elhadi Hajjoubi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and productivity management within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Group Productivity and Operational Excellence Director at Groupe Plastivaloire since May 2022, Elhadi has been instrumental in developing and deploying an Operational Excellence System across 32 sites and leading a team of experts in plastic injection and Lean Management. Prior to this role, Elhadi held the position of Operations Director at Nexter, focusing on industrial performance and management across four industrial sites from January 2018. Experience also includes serving as the South Europe Senior FES Manager at Faurecia and managing production standards at Nissan Motor Corporation in Japan. Elhadi began a career at Renault-Nissan Alliance, where substantial contributions included leading Lean expert teams and overseeing project management for the startup of new production models. Elhadi holds an Engineer's Diploma in Industrial Engineering from ESIX Cherbourg Engineering School.
