Tyler Shaw possesses extensive experience in sustainability and management, currently serving as Director of Sustainability at Plastic Recycling Inc. since February 2017, where a commitment to inspiring a circular economy drives operations. Previously, Tyler held roles as a Sales Engineer at Ettlinger North America LP, focusing on high-performance melt filters, and as a Business Analyst Intern at AutoZone, enhancing international operations. Additional experience includes a Business Analyst Lead position at Bentley Systems, where Tyler developed augmented reality applications, as well as earlier roles at Plastic Recycling Inc. and the Indianapolis Colts, emphasizing inventory management and equipment maintenance. Tyler holds a Bachelor in Commerce and Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from The University of Alabama and studied Australian Culture at UNSW.
